Ninja Turtle Hat

Turtle Power! Inspired by the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, this hat features a basic green turtle base with a mask in the color of your choice that appears knotted and tied in the back. Excellent for Halloween, imaginative play, or a gift for any avid turtle fan.
